Guide for using KDRS Search & View for caseworkers

  • ann* → Finds all words that starts with ann

Examples:

  • Date: 2005.01.01 → Finds everything from January 1, 2005
  • Year: 2005 → Finds everything from 2005
  • Month: 2005.01 → Finds everything in January 2005
  • Range: 2005-2006 → Finds everything from 2005 and all of 2006
  • Open Range: 2005- → Finds everything from 2005 onwards

Variations

You can choose what symbol to use: . - or /
You can choose order dd.mm.yyyy or yyyy.mm.dd
Example of variations:

  • 1/1-2005 January 1, 2005
  • 1.1.2005 day.month.year
  • 01.01.2005 day.month.year
